Once you have found the major for you, declare your major to make sure you stay on track.
Your faculty advisors are big part of your academic support system on campus. Get to know them and discuss your major/minor requirements once declared. If you're not sure who to talk to, start with your school academic advisor.
Start building the skills for job and internship success.
Start building your LinkedIn/Handshake profile and attend career-related events such as the Career Fair, career panels, and research symposiums.
Demonstrate that you are career ready and understand which competencies are required for your desired career path.
